Inspired by Death Cab for Cutie's 'I'll Follow You Into the Dark' www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDHY1D… I felt the quote matched the game because the fireflies' message is 'look for the light' but they're a bunch of frauds so it's almost false light lol. And I feel like at this point, Ellie and Joel would follow one another anywhere, even if the outcome would be certain death.
On that regard, I'm seriously excited for Part II to come out. I spent the past week playing remastered on Grounded + and just experiencing that game and feeling the atmosphere through the music and locations you visit, it's enough to die happy. I absolutely love this game.
Credits (and major thanks) to Naughty Dog for creating this game and these amazing characters. I know they've impacted my life and millions of others, as well.
